Remarried
If you have remarried then you need to get your affairs in order, any re-marriage automatically revokes (cancels) any existing will - FACT, no matter how well written or complex it might be.
Imagine this- If you re-marry and inherit your new partners' children from their first marriage. Then you die intestate (without a will) your whole of your estate will generally pass to your new husband or wife and then following their death, your estate that you have worked so hard for, will probably be inherited by their children, BYPASSING YOUR NATURAL CHILDREN COMPLETELY.
Don't delay, protect your assets.
