Despite the current turmoil in the credit markets North Mortgages sees an opportunity to continue to grow a successful mortgage brokerage. They are seeking a successful brokers both in terms of revenues achieved but also in terms of understanding the logistics and processes behind a successful brokerage.
The Opportunity
The opportunity will offer the chance of an equity stake in the business and the chance to grow and establish your own brand through a directorial role. North Mortgages will not only assist in the financial establishment of the business but having previous brokerage experience and currently running one of the fastest growing companies in the country we will be in a strong position to assist you in the logistics of establishing the brand utilising his business acumen and experience.
Applicant Requirements
Due to the extremely high quality of the branch, full CeMAP or equivalent along with an excellent knowledge of the mortgage industry and the associated protection products. You should be a confident mortgage adviser/broker who has ideally dealt with High Net Worth clients and handled mortgages from £50,000 to £500,000. You should be a good team player, and have a professional manner.
